Jingjing Wu is one of managing officers at AFD China, leading the trademark and litigation team. Jingjing has considerable working experiences in patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, protection and enforcement, as well as other intellectual property matters related to domain name, trade secret, anti-unfair competition and copyright, and intellectual property administrative lawsuit and litigation. Her practice covers a wide range of industries, including polymer science and technology, pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, food and wine industry, daily necessities, materials, medical devices, mechanical engineering, tools and equipment, and more.
For more than twenty years, Jingjing has been committed to working in collaboration with other officers and directors at AFD China, leading the team to provide high-quality services to clients. Her knowledge and ability in the industry and professional fields have been recognized by clients.
Jingjing’s academic pursuit of a chemical engineering degree and an economic law degree at university, her trainings at the China Intellectual Property Training Center, the All-China and Beijing Patent Attorneys Associations and the China Trademark Association, and her IP working experience as a paralegal, patent engineer, patent attorney, trademark attorney, department head and director in IP firms, have all laid a solid foundation for her outstanding professional performance in intellectual property practice and management, as well as for her excellent communication and cooperation with clients.
