Zhichang Sun is a is a licensed lawyer and patent attorney, whose practice focuses on a wide-range of intellectual property issues, such as patents, new plant varieties, trade secrets, and especially concentrates on contentious matters and dispute resolutions. He mainly works on responding to office action, patent invalidation, and patent litigation in the field of electronics, covering technology areas such as computer technology, software engineering, hardware equipment, computer network engineering, information engineering, automation engineering, communication engineering, electronic engineering, medical devices, computer applications, optoelectronic engineering, mechanical engineering, and safety engineering.
Zhichang obtained expertise through his master’s studies in laws and bachelor’s studies in engineering. He has also worked as a patent examiner for years. Additionally, he has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
