Patent Attorney
Xiao He mainly works on patent drafting and responding to office actions in the field of electronics. Her areas of specialties include information engineering, control engineering, computer technology, software engineering, computer network engineering, automation engineering, communication engineering, electronic engineering, image processing, display technology and so on.
Xiao obtained technical expertise through her Master of Engineering studies in control engineering and Bachelor of Engineering studies in automation engineering. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
