Patent Attorney
Xiaoqin Zhou mainly works on patent translation, and responding to office actions in the field of electronics. Her areas of specialties include data communication, mobile communication, optical communication engineering, display technology, and so on.
Xiaoqin obtained technical expertise through her Master of Engineering studies in optical communication and mobile communication and Bachelor of Engineering studies in communication engineering. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
