Patent Attorney
Jinxian Xiao mainly works on design patents and patent translation in the field of chemistry. Her areas of specialties include catalyst materials, chemical products, analytical chemistry, daily necessities, simple machinery, medical equipment, chemical processes, chemical equipment, chemical engineering, household product, and so on.
Jinxian obtained technical expertise through her Master of Engineering studies in chemical engineering and Bachelor of Science studies in material chemistry. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
