Patent Attorney, Patent Litigation Attorney
Juan Ai mainly works on patent drafting, translation, responding to office actions, patent invalidation, and patent litigation in the field of chemistry. Her areas of specialties include battery materials, battery preparation, semiconductor materials, electroplating, chemical engineering, and so on.
Juan obtained technical expertise through her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science studies in metallurgical physical chemistry studies. She also worked as a patent examiner for years. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
