Patent Attorney
Dr. Xiaojie Liu mainly works on patent translation and responding to office actions in the field of biology. Her areas of specialties include plant biology, gene cloning, transgenics, proteomics, biochemical analysis, cell biology, molecular biology, and basic chemistry-related fields.
Dr. Liu obtained technical expertise through her Ph.D. studies in biochemistry, master’s studies in agronomy and bachelor’s studies in agronomy. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
