Patent Attorney
Cui Ling mainly works on patent, translation, responding to office actions, patent invalidation, and patent litigation in the field of chemistry. Her areas of specialties include organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, materials chemistry, polymer materials, and so on.
Cui obtained technical expertise through her Master of Science studies in medicinal chemistry and Bachelor of Science studies in pharmaceutical engineering and chemistry. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
