Patent Attorney, Patent Litigation Attorney
Peng Han mainly works on patent translation and responding to office actions in the field of electronics. His areas of specialties include telecommunication, digital signal processing, computer technology, wireless mobile network, and so on.
Peng obtained technical expertise through his master’s studies in telecommunication engineering and bachelor’s studies in automation engineering. Additionally, he has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
