Patent Attorney, Patent Litigation Attorney
Wei Li mainly works on patent translation and responding to office actions in the field of mechanics. Her areas of specialties include mechanical engineering, electromechanical systems, electromechanical devices, everyday products, medical equipment, mechatronic control systems, mechanical materials, semiconductor devices, and related fields.
Wei obtained technical expertise through her Master of Engineering studies in mechanical engineering and Bachelor of Engineering studies in microelectromechanical systems. She also worked as a patent examiner for years. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
