Patent Attorney
Shouhe Yang leads the Japan and South Korea Department of AFD China and is now mainly practicing on patent translation in the field of chemistry. He is responsible for managing and providing training for patent-related services in the Japan and South Korea Department. His areas of specialties include chemical engineering, chemical technology, daily necessities, mechanical engineering, mechanical equipment, electronic information technology, communication technology, computer applications, and so on.
Shouhe obtained technical expertise through his bachelor’s studies in chemical engineering. He has also worked in Japan for decades. Additionally, he has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
