Patent Attorney, Attorney-at-Law
Qianqian Han is a licensed lawyer and patent attorney. She leads the international patent team of AFD China and is now mainly practicing on patent drafting, translation, and responding to office actions in the field of electronics. She is responsible for managing and providing training for international patent services. Her areas of specialties include computer technology, control engineering, automation, IT, electronic & electrical engineering, telecommunication, artificial intelligence and so on.
Qianqian obtained expertise through her Master of Art studies in English Linguistics, Master of Science studies in computer architecture, and Bachelor of Science studies in computer science. She also worked as a patent examiner for years. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
