Patent Attorney, Patent Litigation Attorney
Limin Niu mainly works on patent drafting, translation, responding to office actions, patent invalidation, and patent litigation in the field of chemistry. His areas of specialties include medicinal chemistry, organic chemistry, pharmacy, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals and traditional Chinese medicine, biotechnology, inorganic chemistry, materials science, and so on.
Limin obtained technical expertise through his Master of Science studies in pharmaceutical chemistry and Bachelor of Engineering studies in fine chemical engineering. Additionally, he has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
