Patent Attorney, Patent Litigation Attorney
Yu Gao mainly works on patent translation and responding to office actions in the field of chemistry. Her areas of specialties include pharmaceuticals, polymer chemistry, materials science and engineering, polymer chemical engineering, organic and inorganic chemistry, biotechnology, daily appliances, household product, medical device and so on.
Yu obtained technical expertise through her Master of Science studies in material science and Bachelor of Engineering studies in polymer chemical engineering. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
