Patent Attorney, Patent Litigation Attorney
Dr. Huihua Tang mainly works on patent translation, responding to office actions, patent invalidation and patent litigation in the field of mechanics. Her areas of specialties include mechanical engineering, fluid machinery, separation machinery, pressure vessel, membrane separation technology, chemical process and equipment, chemical engineering, chemical machinery, medical instruments, medical device, household device and so on.
Dr. Tang obtained technical expertise through her Ph.D. of Engineering studies in chemical process engineering and Master and Bachelor of Engineering studies in mechanical engineering. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
