Patent Attorney, Patent Litigation Attorney
Rui Zhang leads the patent team of AFD China is now mainly practicing on patent translation, responding to office actions, and patent invalidation. She is responsible for managing and providing training for all patent services. Her areas of specialties include applied physics, everyday items, crystal growth, and medical devices and so on.
Rui acquired technical expertise through her Master of Engineering studies in material physics and chemistry and Bachelor of Science studies in applied physics. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
