Patent Attorney, Patent Litigation Attorney
Dr. Jianping Lu mainly works on patent translation and responding to office actions in the field of electronics. Her areas of specialties include basic physics, plasma, signal and information processing, ultrasonics, laser micromachining, and so on.
Dr. Lu obtained technical expertise through her Ph.D. studies in signal and information processing, Master of Science studies in condensed matter physics, Bachelor of Science studies in applied physics, and Bachelor of Science studies in electronic engineering. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
