Patent Attorney, Attorney-at-Law
Xiao Ning is a licensed lawyer and patent attorney. She leads the foreign-related patent team of AFD China and is now mainly practicing on patent translation, responding to office actions, invalidation and patent litigation in the field of electronics. She is responsible for managing and providing training for foreign-related patent services. Her areas of specialties include telecommunication, computer technology, medical devices, daily appliances and products, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, household devices and so on.
Xiao obtained expertise through her Master in Law and Bachelor of Engineering studies in telecommunication engineering. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
