Patent Attorney, Patent Litigation Attorney
Ruomu Li leads the domestic patent team of AFD China and is now mainly practicing on patent drafting and responding to office actions in the field of electronics. She is responsible for managing and providing training for domestic patent services. Her areas of specialties include computer technology, computer network engineering, automation, electronic and electrical technologies, telecommunication, electro-mechanical control systems and so on.
Ruomu obtained technical expertise through her bachelor’s studies in automation and her work experience as an R&D engineer in the electronic industry. She also holds a second degree in computer network engineering. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
