Patent Attorney
Jian Li mainly practices on patent prosecution, reexamination, invalidation and counseling in the fields of electronics. His specialties mainly include software engineering, computer technology, telecommunications, network, electronic and electrical technologies, digital emulation techniques, mechanical engineering, device, instrument and so on.
Jian obtained technical expertise through his Bachelor of Science studies in applied mathematics and years of working experience as a soft engineer. Additionally, he has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
