Ni He is one of managing officers at AFD China, mainly leading the team for client relations, external relationships and project management. She has considerable experiences in IP affairs and management. Her technical fields include pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, food engineering, traditional Chinese medicine, daily necessities, materials, medical devices, semiconductors, electronic engineering, computer technology, communication technology, mechanical engineering, tools and equipment, household appliances, and more.
For nearly twenty years, Ni has been committed to working in collaboration with other officers and directors at AFD China, leading the team to provide high-quality services to clients. Her knowledge and ability in the industry and professional fields have been recognized by clients.
Ni’s academic pursuit of a pharmacy degree at university, coupled with her working experience in hospitals and in development and operation of multiple projects in enterprises, her further pursuit of a MBA degree at university, , her trainings at the China Intellectual Property Training Center, the All-China and Beijing Patent Attorneys Associations and the China Trademark Association, and her IP practice as client management specialist, patent engineer, patent attorney, manager of client support and director in IP firms, have all laid a solid foundation for her outstanding professional performance, as well as for her excellent communication and cooperation with clients.
