For the purpose of better serve our client according to their actual demand changed along with the development of the industry, AFD China conducted another round of satisfaction survey in June, 2018.
This time, we elaborately prepared each questions in the questionnaire and send it to a random selected portion of clients to assist in completing it. Repliers including but not limited to IP attorneys, IP administrators, in-house counsels, and direct applicants. The respond rate is 10% higher than before. The statistics reflect that the overall client satisfaction went up to 99%.
