AFD China conducted a client satisfaction survey this summer, in which we randomly selected a number of clients and asked them to rate our services in several aspects such as quality, expertise, responsiveness.

Some highlights from the survey include:
  -95% find our service satisfactory overall
  -90% find our service of high quality
  -98% find our service meet their needs
  -88% would recommend us to others

Many clients express their satisfaction in comments:
    “I am very happy with the people, the service, and the quality of the work. AFDIP is a good business partner.”
    ”I have had the great pleasure of working with you since approximately 2008, and I have carried this relationship with me through several job positions.”
    “As patent attorney, I appreciate your comprehensive, carefully prepared Office Action reports where you provide us with clear explanation of the Office Action issues as well as your proposals for responding to the Office Action. Further, it seems you really have reviewed the application carefully before reporting the Office Action. This all greatly helps me in my work!”

We also received many advices on how we could strengthen our relationships with clients.
